Project Description

Press this point for nasal congestion

Large Intestine 20 is the mother of all points for nasal congestion. If you suffer from sinus infections or seasonal allergies, this point will become your best friend.

Large Intestine 20 is located in what’s known as the nasolabial groove, which is the little divot on the bone just outside your nostrils. Feel around that area and you’ll find your fingers dip right into the point.

You can press Large Intestine 20 on both or one side of the face. If you’re only stuffed up on one side, just do that side. If you’re feeling all-around congested, do both at the same time.

Apply firm pressure and hold for at least 1-2 minutes. You’ll want to press Large Intestine 20 diagonally upward, as if you’re aiming for your eye on the opposite side. If you’re able to breath through your nose, concentrate on bringing air in through the nose and out through the mouth while you’re pressing the point.
